Mind, Body & Soul

While living the digital nomad lifestyle (for now), I focus on maintaining mind, body, and soul performance.

I always target sub-5 minutes per km.

On the flat, I average around 4:25 per km. In the hills of Emilianos, Greece, I’m at about 4:53 per km, with roughly 59 m of elevation gain – equivalent to climbing around 15–20 story building in the mix.

I started at around c6:30 a.m. and managed to catch the sunrise in that photo.
